Prices

We offer a range of room types all of which are en-suite, prices from £75 per room per night for a double/twin en-suite room. Prices quoted are per room including breakfast and are inclusive of all taxes.

Please enquire as to exact prices at time of booking since rates vary depending upon: room type, length of stay, season or time of year and special events (e.g. Edinburgh festival, New Year, 6 nations rugby matches).

Reservations

Either call us 0131 552 5438, fill in the enquiry form or send an email to david@ravensdownhouse.com and we shall provide room availability with pricing so that you can make a booking.

For a booking we require your full name, address and telephone contact number, plus credit card number, card start and expiry date, card issue number and card three digit security code. You can either call or email and we shall provide a booking confirmation. Please note that we do not accept AMEX. Your card will only be debited should you fail to show up. Alternatively you can book directly online by following the link book on line. With your booking please provide your estimated time of arrival and advise in good time if you are likely to be delayed for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by us.

Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of arrival: half the total cost payable, with a minimum of one night payable.

Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance of arrival: total booking cost payable.

Cancellation policy for special events (Hogmanay, Edinburgh August festival, Rugby matches) and group bookings is 28 days. After booking a minimum cancellation fee of one nights stay applies.

Please note that we strongly advise that you have adequate travel insurance in place for your trip before you arrive in case of unforeseen cancellation due to circumstances out with your control or our control (acts of god etc). We cannot take responsibility for last minute cancellations and would have to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
